Finally, after waiting for half year, finally I received letter from my builder regarding the move in date for my 2 bedroom house. Bellway is very punctual as they estimated the key collection will be around end of Jan. I'm going to contact them tomorrow to arrange an appointment for the pre-occupation demo.
